Our series Tasting Notes is an immersive, synesthetic experience that marries music and culinary art: a multi-course, thematic dining experience paired with a selection of live music, specifically curated to the courses of the evening.

Our first Tasting Notes was in collaboration with Executive Chef Chris Hughes’ Homage Restaurant at Pullman Yards, paired with cocktails by mixologist Marian Chism: a four-course dinner paired with four curated cocktails paired with a four-part musical program, all telling the story of “Pablo Picasso: His Life, His Inspirations, His Friends, His Legacy”.
